Founder Story

MY NAME IS JADEN. I STILL PLAY.

I’ve been playing football since I was three. At fifteen, I left Australia and signed my first professional contract in Portugal — a four-year deal with one of only four clubs to win the Portuguese league title.

Since then, I’ve represented Australia at youth level and played professionally across multiple countries, sharing dressing rooms with players who went on to the Champions League, World Cups, and AFCON.

But I kept seeing the same thing: talented players being failed by people who had never lived the game. So in 2022, while still playing, I built FUTXPERFORM — not as another agency, but as the support system I wish I had.
