Fut x Perform Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fut x Perform, we provide professional football training programs, coaching services, and digital tools designed to support your growth and development. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refunds Based on Outcomes
Please note, refunds are not provided based on results or outcomes such as securing a trial, contract, or playing opportunity. Our role is to equip you with the tools, training, and guidance — the final outcome depends on your effort, circumstances, and progression.

2. Definition of Starting a Program
A program or service is considered started once you complete payment and receive the next step, such as program materials, access links, or login credentials. At this point, refunds will no longer be available.

3. Digital Services & Subscriptions
All digital products, including training programs, app subscriptions, and coaching, are delivered online. Due to the nature of these services:

  • Refunds are not available once the program or service has been accessed or started as defined above.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but no partial refunds will be given for time remaining in the subscription period.

4. Coaching & Personalized Programs
Because coaching involves personalized support and dedicated time:

  • Refunds are not available once coaching sessions or tailored plans have been delivered or accessed.

  • If you experience any issues with the quality of service, please reach out so we can address your concerns.

5. Cancellation Policy Timing
To avoid future subscription charges, cancellations must be made at least 21 days before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel in time will result in automatic renewal charges.

6. Non-Transferability
Refunds, credits, or cancellations are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services, products, or transferred to another person.

7. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or buyer’s remorse once a purchase is complete.

8. Technical Issues
If you have trouble accessing purchased digital services, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist in resolving access problems or provide credits if necessary.
