How do I know if I'm ready to be part of this?

If you’ve got a foundation — in ability, ambition, and professionalism — we help you build the rest. We don’t promise miracles, but we do deliver clarity, structure, and proven pathways and results for players.

What actually happens once I’m accepted?

First, we get your football CV and highlight reel sharpened. Then, we build a digital profile, assess your pathway, and plug you into the tools and support systems to keep you ready for real-world moves.

How do you decide where I could play?

We look at your level, your passport, your game style, and the global landscape — then map opportunities where there's a fit. Our connections span over 80 countries, but the strategy’s always individual.

How does communication work once I’m in the system?

You’ll have direct updates, check-ins, and guidance — plus access to our community platform. You won’t be left wondering where you stand. We track it all, and you’ll see the progress as it happens.

What if I don’t have a highlight reel or pro-level footage yet?

No problem. We work with what you have — and if you’re missing pieces, we guide you on exactly what to film, how to present it, and how to showcase your strengths. We won’t let lack of footage block your path.

Is this a one-off service or ongoing support?

It’s both. We push for trials, but we also prep you physically, mentally, and tactically — and stay with you for the longer term support.

Do I need to be based in a major football country?

Not at all. Players from all over the world are part of this — because talent and hunger travel. If you’ve got the foundations, geography doesn’t block you.

Do you help with the “off-pitch” stuff too?

Yes - we collaborate with partners and sporting directors to help handle logistics, but also provide career advice, mental prep, and personal development support. Being pro isn’t just about what happens on the pitch.
