Join us in our FXP Personal Pre-Season Program - a 3 month program used by our very own footballers made available to you to get you into PEAK shape across the board, including physically (aerobic & anaerobic fitness along with strength, plyometrics and injury prevention), technically, tactically, mentally and with all your off-the-pitch habits.
The program will be delivered each month to you over a span of 3 months taking you to your maximum capacities and seeing great results.
Over the 3 months, the program contains 400+ pages, averaging an 130+ page per month program to maximise your potential and see holistic improvements
To ensure your development continues, after the 3 months of the personal pre-season plan, we’ll automatically shift to our footballer workout plan to help you develop and manage yourself throughout the season ensuring PEAK development.
