Built by players who've been where you are.

FXP was founded by Jaden, who played for Australia's youth national team, moved to Portugal on his own at 15, and went on to play at Boavista in Portugal.

In 2022, while still playing, he built FXP around what he never had:

Someone honest about where he fit, with the right relationships to get him there.

The FUTXPERFORM Player Pathway

A clear process to position serious players, connect them to the right network, and move them toward real opportunities.

  1. STEP 01

    Player Positioning

We review your background, level, and highlight footage, helping shape your football CV, video, and player profile so clubs can assess you properly.

  2. STEP 02

    Direct Introductions

We introduce you directly to the coaches, sporting directors and scouts we work with, with your CV and video attached.

  3. STEP 03

    Trials and Opportunities

We line up trials and opportunities that match your level, position and passport.

  4. STEP 04

    Feedback and Recalibration

After each trial we pass on the club's feedback, debrief with you and set the next best target.

Why Players Come to Us

Most players have already tried at least one of the first three.

Comparison Going Alone Most Agents An Academy FUTXPERFORM
Who sees your profile A club's general inbox Clubs, once you're already established Your own coaches, and whoever happens to turn up You are actively presented to coaches, sporting directors and scouts we work with directly
Where you're aimed Wherever replies The move that pays the agent best, not what fits your level and goals Nowhere. Development is the product, the move isn't The next level that fits your position, age and passport, in a market where you'll actually be seen
Honesty about your level Nobody tells you, so you rely on gut and online gurus Promised a big club before anyone's seen you play You're a paying student, so nobody tells you when you've outgrown it A direct and honest analysis from active and former professional players, including what needs work
After a trial Silence On to the next player Back to training, and nothing changes The club's feedback, a debrief, and the next best possible target
What it costs you Flights, hotels and trial fees you fund yourself, with no idea whether anyone is watching Some want fees before anything happens. Most take a cut of what you earn Fees every month or season, whether or not a move ever comes One investment in your program. If we don't deliver the opportunities we guarantee, we keep working for free
When you sign You negotiate alone A cut of your contract You're on your own from there No cut of your contract, ever

Agents work off the contract. If you're not on a big contract yet, you rarely get access to their best contacts. We're built for the players who aren't there yet.

THE FUTXPERFORM OPPORTUNITY GUARANTEE

Opportunities guaranteed.
Or we keep working for free.

Every program has a set time frame. Within it, we guarantee you an opportunity at the level we assess you at. An opportunity is a trial or a contract opportunity. If we don't deliver, we keep working your case for free. We guarantee opportunities, never contracts.

We only book calls with players
we think we can help.

You're applying to join the program, not just to book a call. We review your fit first, then show you the pathway we'd put you on.

  1. You apply

A few quick questions. About 3 minutes.

  2. We message you

If you're a fit, we'll reach out on WhatsApp within 12 hours.

  3. You watch the program breakdown

It explains the program, the guarantee and what it costs.

  4. The call

30 minutes with a former pro about your level, markets and pathway.

Apply if

  • You're 17+ and playing or training competitively.
  • You still believe you can move your career forward.
  • You're serious and ready to take action when the right opportunity comes.
  • You have recent match footage, or can film games soon.
  • You're prepared to invest in your football career.
  • You're open to honest feedback on your current level.

Don't apply if

  • You want a guaranteed contract or a promise of a big club.
  • You think paying automatically earns you club access.
  • You're not ready to invest in your career right now.
  • You want someone else to do the work or take responsibility for your career.

We build the pathway with you. You still have to execute it.

Before the call: This is an investment in your career. We go through the details on the call, so bring anyone who helps you make that decision.

Built for your next move.

Designed to connect serious players with the right people and opportunities.
